The Second International Workshop on Distributed Ledger of Things (DLoT) will be held associated with the IEEE Conference on Communications and Network Security (CNS) 2019 in Washington DC, United States, on 12 June 2019.

This workshop seeks submissions for novel techniques and applications in the synergy of distributed ledger (DL) and communication/network security. Examples include those using DL to address communications/network security problems, applying communication/network security techniques to enhance DL or other innovative ways of their synergy. The workshop welcome papers addressing theoretical, engineering and system problems as well as position papers. The workshop will focus on, but will not be limited to, the following topics of interest:

  • Novel wireless/wired network protocols based on distributed trust
  • Distributed network management and auditing using DL
  • High-throughput consensus protocols for IoT networks and applications
  • DL-based spectrum management and cognitive radio networks
  • DL-based key management protocols for secure communication/networks
  • Incentive mechanism design for DL-based communication/networks
  • Game-theoretical study for DL-based communication/networks
  • Novel cryptographic primitives for DL/Blockchain design
  • Novel security protocols for DL/Blockchain
  • DL-based distributed network data storage and access control
  • Novel hardware design in DL-based communications/networks
  • Cryptocurrency for communications/network security
  • Security, privacy and anonymity in the synergy of DL and communications/network security
  • Attacks and cryptoanalysis
  • Application of DL in 5G networks and beyond
  • Application of DL in information-centric networks
  • Case study, prototype and novel applications
