Registration Policies and Procedures
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE CNS 2019.
Technical Paper Authors must be registered by Thursday, 21 March 2019.
Workshop Paper Author must be registered by Tuesday, 2 April 2019
Poster Abstract Authors must be registered by Tuesday, 2 April 2019.
Author registration requirements are listed below.
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.
Photo ID required. Individuals are responsible for picking up their own Registration packages.
No attendee will be allowed to pick up conference packages for their colleagues.
Registration Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to CNSreg@ieee.org and received by Tuesday, 21 May 2019. After 21 May, there will be a US$100 transfer fee imposed and possibly additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.
Cancelation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by Tuesday, 21 May 2019. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
Visa Letters
In order to receive a Visa letter, you MUST either register for the conference or have an accepted paper to the conference. You will be able to request a VISA Letter when you register. Upon completion of your registration, including payment, you will receive a personalized VISA Assistance Letter (electronic copy PDF format). PLEASE REMEMBER: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL rate even if the author is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author

IEEE ComSoc POLICY: To be published in the 2019 CNS Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the 2019 CNS Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Workshop Paper Authors
